Hard to get rid of

I disliked the app soon after I downloaded it. The kids didnt like it either, but its a matter of taste.
Since then I get a message on my iPhone every once in awhile saying Unable to purchase - Counting 123 etc.
I removed the app, deleted it from iTunes etc. never mind the app lists free.
Junk!
